Tóm tắt

Hàm lượng cadmi (Cd), chì (Pb) được xác định trong mẫu hoa đậu biếc bằng phương pháp quang phổ hấp thụ nguyên tử (AAS). Thẩm định phương pháp được tiến hành thông qua xác nhận các thông số như khoảng tuyến tính, giới hạn phát hiện (LOD), giới hạn định lượng (LOQ), độ thu hồi, độ lặp lại và độ chụm trung gian. Kết quả thẩm định cho thấy LOD của Cd, Pb lần lượt là 1,20 và 6,20 μg /kg, trong khi đó LOQ của Cd, Pb lần lượt là 4,01 và 20,5 μg /kg. Độ thu hồi của Cd là 96 - 98% và Pb là 98 - 100%. Độ lệch chuẩn lặp lại tương đối (RSDr) của Cd, Pb lần lượt trong khoảng 1,50 - 2,50% và 1,90 - 2,13%. Trong khi đó, độ chụm trung gian của Cd, Pb lần lượt là 2,02% và 1,97%. Khoảng làm việc của phương pháp là 0,2 - 4 μg /L (Cd) và 3 - 30 μg/L (Pb) với các phương trình đường chuẩn đều có hệ số tương quan R2 ≥ 0,995. Phương pháp định lượng Cd, Pb bằng quang phổ hấp thụ nguyên tử là chính xác và có độ tin cậy cao, được sử dụng để phân tích các mẫu hoa đậu biếc thu thập ở quận Cái Răng, thành phố Cần Thơ.
