Tóm tắt

Các phthalate, hay phthalic acid ether, có nguy cơ gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến sức khỏe người sử dụng do tác động đến hệ nội tiết và gan. Thực phẩm là nguồn phơi nhiễm phthalate chủ yếu đối với con người. Hàm lượng phthalate trong sữa được quan tâm đặc biệt vì sữa là loại thực phẩm phổ biến nhất trong chế độ ăn. Do đó, việc đánh giá phơi nhiễm phthalate từ sữa đối với sức khỏe con người là cần thiết. Kết quả cho thấy, hàm lượng phthlate trong sữa tạo ra rủi ro không thể chấp nhận được đối với nguy cơ không gây ung thư ở trẻ em trong nghiên cứu này. Liều phthalate phơi nhiễm tính được lớn hơn so với liều tham chiếu cho cả trẻ em và người lớn. Nguy cơ gây ung thư cũng được ước tính là không thể chấp nhận được đối với cả trẻ em và người lớn.
