Tóm tắt

Isocyanat là tên gọi chung của các hợp chất hóa học có chứa một hoặc nhiều nhóm - NCO có khả năng phản ứng với nước, rượu, amin để tạo thành dime hoặc trime. Đã có nhiều nghiên cứu cho thấy isocyanat có nguy cơ gây ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe con người khi tiếp xúc và có thể gây ra bệnh nhiễm độc nghề nghiệp. Khi thấm nhiễm vào cơ thể các isocyanat bao gồm methylene diphenyl diisocyanat (MDI), toluene diisocyanat (TDI), hexamethylene diisocyanat (HDI), isophorone diisocyanat (IPDI) sẽ chuyển hóa thành các amin tương ứng là 4,4′-methylenedianilin (MDA), toluene diamin (TDA), hexamethylene diamin (HDA), isophorone diamin (IPDA). Do đó, việc xác định hàm lượng các diamin này trong nước tiểu có thể đóng vai trò là chất giám sát sinh học chỉ thị cho việc tiếp xúc với isocyanat. Trong nghiên cứu này, phương pháp sắc ký lỏng ghép nối hai lần khối phổ (LC-MS/MS) đã được sử dụng để nghiên cứu xác định đồng thời ba diamin MDA, HDA, IPDA trong mẫu nước tiểu. Giới hạn phát hiện của phương pháp đối với HDA, MDA và IPDA lần lượt là 0,074; 0,059 và 0,053 ng/mL. Độ thu hồi của phương pháp dao động trong khoảng từ 86,38% đến 105,3% với độ lặp lại RSD < 8%. Phương pháp đã được áp dụng để xác định đồng thời hàm lượng của HDA, MDA, IPDA trong 30 mẫu nước tiểu của công nhân tại gara sửa chữa ô tô ở Bắc Ninh. Kết quả cho thấy đã phát hiện HDA, MDA và IPDA trong các mẫu này với các mức hàm lượng khác nhau.
