General Requirements

Peer-Review Process

1. The manuscript after being evaluated by the Editorial Board meets the Jornal's request, Editor invite at least 02 experts to review the manuscript.

2. The experts accept review the manuscript, conduct review process and send a report to the Editor. The normal time for experts to review manuscript is about 2-3 weeks.

3. The editor decides on the next steps for the manuscript after receiving the expert reviewer's comment report: reject, correct or accept for publication.

4. Article needs correction: return to the author.

4.1. The author edits and resubmits the revised article (within 2-4 weeks). In case the author cannot edit the article within the time limit mentioned above, the Editor may request to refuse to publish the article.

4.2. Editors and reviewers review the article. The editor decides on the next steps: Refuse, continue editing or accept posting (within 2-3 weeks).

4.3. The article needs further revision: repeat the steps in sections 3 and 4.

5. Accept the article for publication: The editor sends the manuscript status to the Editor-in-Chief to make a decision and notify the author.

6. Refuse to publish the article: The editor sends the manuscript status to the Editor-in-Chief to make a decision and notify the author.

7. Articles accepted for publication will be sent to the Journal's printing and publishing department.

The total review time for an article is about 2-4 months.
