2. Submit article
3. Respond to the reviewed article
4. Follow the article on the magazine's website

Step 1: Go to https://vjfc.nifc.gov.vn/ , click Login or Submissions |
|

Step 2: Click Sign up to fill in the registration information |
|
|
Step 3: Enter registration information |
|
|
Step 4: After registering your account, go to your email inbox of your registered account to activate |
|

Step 5: Login to your account |

Step 1: Go to Author => click New Submissions |
|
|
Step 2: Complete the steps to fill in posting information:
|
|
|
Step 2.2: Enter Metadata: Fill in the information of the article manuscript including Title, List of authors in order of appearance in the article, Abstract, Keywords. Then press Save and Continue.

- Add co-author (Add Contributor):
|
|
Step 2.3: Upload file. The system is required to have 1 file which is the full manuscript, in addition to accompanying files (supporting files) such as images, chromatograms, spectrograms... |
Click on “files here to upload” to upload the attached file
|

Step 2.4: Recommend a Reviewer: The author can suggest 1-3 experts in the field related to the manuscript perform reviews. Note that the journal will invite experts to review according to the journal's criteria, not always the experts proposed by the author. |

Step 2.5: Confirmation Review the post information once and press Confirm and Submit to send the post

3. Respond to the reviewed article

Step 1: Go to Author => press Reviewed Manuscript |
|
|
Step 2: View critical information and respond. The author needs to send back at least 2 files: The article manuscript file has been edited according to comments and the explanation file has been edited according to comments from reviewers and the editorial board. The author needs to respond to each opinion of the reviewers and the editorial board. |

4. Follow the article on the magazine's website
