FOOD CONTROL CONFERENCE

 

In order to strengthen activities of scientific research, training and collaboration related to food and food testing, the National Institute for Food Control (NIFC) organizes Food Control Conference (FCC) every two years with the following topics:

  • Food quality and safety testing methods;

  • Chemical and microbial risk assessment in food;

  • Quality assurance and quality control in food testing;

  • Interlaboratory comparison;

  • Other food-related topics.
